從提示到委託：代理型AI時代的人類主體性
From Prompting to Delegation: Human Agency in an Agentic AI World（中文演講）
We may be entering a world where humans no longer tell machines how to do things, but only what they want done. A world where networks of AI agents negotiate, plan, reason, and act on our behalf—writing code, designing lessons, conducting research, perhaps even teaching and learning with minimal human intervention.
In such a world, what remains distinctly human? What happens when cognition is outsourced, expertise is distributed across human–AI collectives, and learning itself begins to shift from doing and knowing toward directing and delegating? These tensions may only be the beginning. As we move from chatbots to autonomous agents and from prompting to orchestration, education stands at a threshold.
In this talk, I explore this emerging frontier through empirical studies of human–AI interaction and a broader vision of an agentic future. I invite us to think what learning, agency, and even thinking might become in a world where intelligence is increasingly shared, delegated, and no longer fully human.
