學術倫理專題講座（中文演講）

教育部臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心與國立陽明交通大學將於 2026 年 4 月 29 日（三）共同舉辦「學術倫理專題講座」，邀請鈞理知識產權事務所林誠夏法制顧問主講「AI訓練與應用之法遵實踐與學術倫理──以人工智慧基本法為說明框架」。全程參與且當日完成簽到與簽退並符合規定者，可獲得臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心 3 小時研習證明，歡迎各界踴躍報名參與！

【講座資訊】

  1. 講題：AI訓練與應用之法遵實踐與學術倫理──以人工智慧基本法為說明框架

    • 實體地點變更為：國立陽明交通大學資訊技術服務中心一樓CS100教室（新竹市東區大學路1001號）。
    • 線上：YouTube 直播（4 月 27 日前將直播與簽到退網址寄至參加者電子信箱，如未收到請於 4 月 28 日前聯繫主辦單位）。

【注意事項】

  1. 報名完成後，請確認您的電子信箱是否收到 Google 表單回覆副本，收到表示已完成報名（若未收到請與主辦單位聯繫）。
  2. 全程參與活動、確實完成「簽到」與「簽退」且兩份資料正確一致者，始可獲得研習證書與時數。 本次將核發教育部臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心研習證書 3 小時，具公務人員身分者，亦可另申請認列終身學習時數 3 小時。電子研習證書將於 2026 年 5 月 13 日（含）前發送至報名填寫之電子信箱。
  3. 線上參與者，當日若因系統因素無法送出簽到或簽退資訊，請分別開放簽到與簽退時間內，將您的「姓名與報名時所填之電子信箱」郵寄至教育部臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心客服信箱（aree_service@nycu.edu.tw），逾時恕不開放補簽。
  4. 本活動為免費參加，實體參與之學員於事先報名且於活動當天完成簽到，提供簡易餐盒 1 份。如未於報到時間內完成簽到，餐盒將提供給現場報名學員。
  5. 本次講座不代購計次停車券。
  6. 報名資料攸關您的權益，請確實填寫報名資料。

Academic Ethics and Research Integrity Speech

The Ministry of Education’s Taiwan Academic Research Ethics Education Resource Center (AREE), and National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU) will jointly host an Academic Ethics Lecture on Wednesday, April 29, 2026.

Participants who complete both the check-in and check-out procedures on the day of the event and meet all requirements will receive a 3-hour certificate of completion issued by the Taiwan Academic Research Ethics Education Resource Center. All are welcome to register and participate!

  1. Topic: Legal Compliance and Academic Ethics in AI Training and Application: A Framework Based on the Fundamental Act of AI (Chinese / Physical Course / Online Lecture)
  2. Speaker: Lucien C.H. Lin, Legal Adviser, Gemly Int’l IPR Office.
  3. Time: April 29, 2026 (Wednesday), 1:10 p.m.–4:20 p.m. (Check-in: 12:30–1:10 p.m.)
  4. Venue:
    • In-person: National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Guangfu Campus, Information Technology Service Center, 1st Floor, Room CS100, No. 1001, Daxue Rd., East Dist., Hsinchu City.
    • Online: YouTube Live (The live stream link and check-in/out form will be sent to participants by April 27. Please contact the organizer by April 28 if you do not receive the email.)

【Note】

  1. After completing the registration, please check whether you have received a copy of the Google Form response in your email. If you have received it, your registration is complete. (If you did not receive it, please contact the organizer.)
  2. Participants who attend the entire event and complete both check-in and check-out correctly will receive a 3-hour training certificate issued by the Ministry of Education Taiwan Academic Ethics Education Resource Center. Public servants may additionally apply for 3 hours of lifelong learning credit. The e-certificate will be emailed to the registered address by May 13, 2026 (inclusive).
  3. For online participants: If you cannot submit your check-in or check-out information on the day of the event due to system issues, please email your name and registered email address to aree_service@nycu.edu.tw within the check-in or check-out period. Late submissions will not be accepted.
  4. This is a free event. Boxed meals will be provided to in-person participants who register in advance and complete check-in on the day. Meals will be given to on-site registrants if check-in is not completed on time.
  5. Please note that parking coupons will not be provided or purchased on behalf of participants.
  6. To ensure your rights, please fill out the registration form accurately.
  7. Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of this event and will not be used for any other purposes.
